3. Subscription and Payment Terms

• At the current rate unless you cancel

3.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

3.3 Pioneer Pricing Lock

Concierge "Pioneer Pricing" members receive lifetime pricing at $49.99/month, provided membership remains active without interruption. Canceled accounts that re-subscribe are subject to current pricing.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights of BeautySignature Co or others
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Create derivative works or competing services

5. Content You Provide

You may submit photos, progress updates, journal entries, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant BeautySignature Co a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and modify User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

5.2 Representations and Warranties

You represent that:

• You own or have rights to User Content you submit
• User Content does not violate third-party rights
• User Content complies with these Terms

IN NO EVENT SHALL BeautySignature CO'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
