Important: There are no physical products sold directly by BeautySignature Co. All beauty and wellness products are recommended through third-party retailers and are subject to their respective return policies.

Important for Concierge Pioneer Members:
If you cancel your Concierge membership with Pioneer Pricing ($49.99/month locked in), you will lose your Pioneer rate if you later re-subscribe. Re-subscriptions are subject to current standard pricing ($59.99/month or higher).
Pioneer Pricing is only guaranteed with continuous, uninterrupted membership.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds for Digital Content
All sales are final. Due to the immediate and digital nature of our service, BeautySignature does not offer refunds once you have gained access to premium content and features.

Our service is entirely digital, providing instant access to:

- Curated product recommendations and pairings

- AI-powered beauty intelligence (Concierge tier)
Unlike physical products that can be returned, digital content is consumed immediately upon access. Once you've viewed protocols, downloaded content, or utilized our recommendations, you have received the full value of the service.
4.2 Try Before You Subscribe
We encourage you to explore our service before committing to a paid subscription:

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we will make exceptions only in the following rare circumstances:
Refund-Eligible Situations (Only)
- Duplicate Charges: Technical errors resulting in multiple charges for the same subscription period (verified billing error)
- Unauthorized Charges: Charges made without your authorization (requires verification)
- Technical Failure: Complete inability to access any premium features due to platform malfunction (must be reported within 48 hours and verified by our team)
These are the ONLY circumstances under which refunds will be considered. All refund requests require verification and supporting documentation.
4.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after accessing premium content
- Dissatisfaction with protocol recommendations or results
- Failure to cancel subscription before renewal date
- "Accidental" upgrades

- Loss of Pioneer Pricing after cancellation
- Not using the service during your subscription period
- Technical issues on your end (browser, internet connection, device compatibility)
- Deciding you don't like the service after using it
4.5 Refund Request Process
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4.3:

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

5.3 Pioneer Pricing (Concierge Tier)
The first 50 Concierge members receive Pioneer Pricing at $49.99/month (vs. standard $59.99/month):
- Lifetime Lock: Rate locked in forever with continuous membership
- Loss Upon Cancellation: Canceling forfeits Pioneer Pricing permanently
- No Retroactive Pioneer Pricing: If you miss the first 50, you cannot claim Pioneer Pricing later
- Non-Transferable: Pioneer Pricing cannot be transferred to another account
6. Product Recommendations & Affiliate Links
6.1 Third-Party Products
BeautySignature Co does not sell physical beauty products directly. We curate and recommend products available through third-party retailers such as:
- Amazon (via Amazon Associates affiliate program)
- Sephora
- Ulta
- Dermstore
- Other specialty beauty retailers
6.2 Returns for Third-Party Products
All returns, exchanges, and refunds for physical products must be handled directly with the retailer where you purchased them. BeautySignature Co cannot process returns for products purchased through affiliate links or third-party sites.
For product returns:

- Initiate the return directly with the retailer
- Follow their specific return procedures
